Dubai’s Latest FIVE Hotel Blends Style and Sustainability

FIVE LUXE brings renowned disruptive hospitality vibe to iconic Dubai beachfront and matches luxurious experiences with highest sustainability standards

The latest addition to the FIVE Hospitality family will open in Dubai on 31 March.

Set along Dubai’s prime beachfront between Palm Jumeirah and the Ain Dubai, FIVE LUXE will rub shoulders with some of the city’s most iconic landmarks and hotel royalty.

The third FIVE in the emirate – alongside sister properties FIVE Palm Jumeirah and FIVE Jumeirah Village – this hotel, as the name suggests, promises to take the famed FIVE vibe to another level.

The disruptive hospitality brand, which also has a property in Zurich, is putting the entertainment back into hospitality – as explained by boss Aloki Batra in his exclusive interview with Business Chief.

FIVE LUXE has an enviable location for its 222 hotel rooms and 276 residences, and promises to deliver “All-You-Can-Play” experiences based on entertainment and F&B.

FIVE has always been a favourite with on social media and that will continue with a chunky slice of Ibiza making its way to Dubai in the shape of Playa Pacha’s all-day pool and beach parties.

FIVE Hospitality acquired The Pacha Group in October 2023, and will draw on the Ibiza legend’s 50 years of partying prowess and expertise.

FIVE LUXE takes signature suites and sustainability to new heights

“As we introduce FIVE LUXE, we celebrate the birth of a fresh icon within the FIVE lineage,” says Aloki Batra, CEO, FIVE Hospitality and The Pacha Group

“Featuring unparalleled ultra-luxurious accommodations, distinctive signature suites, locally-inspired and globally recognised culinary delights, and the fusion of the Ibizan lifestyle into Dubai through the unveiling of Playa Pacha, along with the exciting anticipation of Lío Dubai in 2025, FIVE LUXE promises an extraordinary journey filled with a variety of captivating 'Vibe at FIVE' experiences.”

Some signature suites at FIVE LUXE feature private pools, which is nothing new, but the FAB Suite has its own DJ booth and dancefloor, and the Ultimate Spa Suite boasts a pool, spa, hot tub, sauna, and steam room.

Innovative dining and nightlife can be savoured at seven venues.

Although opening this month, there will be more to come in 2025. As the centrepiece of FIVE LUXE's private island, Lío Dubai will showcase a legendary Spanish cabaret show, reachable by jetty from the main property.

FIVE LUXE blends luxury with sustainability, through smart systems, sustainable materials and resource conservation – including using recycled cement and steel in its foundations.

Following stringent criteria throughout design, construction and commissioning stages, FIVE LUXE earned 89 points for LEED Platinum (BD+C) – the world's highest score for 5-star hotels under LEED v4.

The residential tower SENSORIA features a state-of-the-art 3,600sqm solar façade and is on track to acquire LEED Platinum (BD+C) status.
